Get Involved with FredSPCA

There are many ways that you can support and get involved with the FredSPCA ranging from monetary donations to volunteering your time and/or home as a foster parent. Giving monetary resources to FredSPCA helps cover costs like vaccines, food and shelter, spay/neuter services, and crucial medical care. There are many ways to donate including one-time, monthly, or via stock donation.

If you have time to give, consider volunteering or becoming a foster parent. As a volunteer, you’ll help with daily tasks like walking, bathing, feeding, playing, and generally caring for the animals. You can volunteer as often or as little as you’d like as long as you volunteer four hours a month to remain active in the volunteer database.

As a foster, you’ll help FredSPCA provide even more animals the care and love they deserve. Foster pets will stay in your home – generally until they are adopted – and you will care, love, and feed them while they’re with you. You’ll also serve as an adoption advocate for your foster pets to help them find their fur-ever homes! Or, who knows – you may just #FosterFail and adopt your sweet foster pet into your own family!
