There’s something about fresh garlic bread that can make your mouth drool. You’ve probably had it at your favorite Italian restaurant before, and you must have been in heaven. But all too often, when people eat garlic bread at home, they’re not getting the fresh stuff. Rather, they buy something from the bakery or freezer section and plop it on a plate when they get home. That’s not the ideal way to do things, though. When you make your garlic bread, you’ll get a much better and tastier experience. Luckily, you don’t even have to be a good cook to make this kind of bread a reality. Check out this downright delicious garlic bread recipe you can make at home!

This recipe is so easy, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly it comes together. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Then get out a small bowl so you can mix the butter, parsley, and parmesan. Add as much salt and pepper as you want at this stage.
Next, take your piece of bread, and make vertical cuts from the top down. Take your butter mixture, and spread it out over the top of the bread. You’ll want to make sure that you’re working that butter into the slits: That’s how you know you’re making the good stuff.
Once you’ve done that, wrap your bread in foil, and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then take it out. If you’re adding some cheese, cut it up and put it in the slits. Then, return the bread to the oven for another 10 minutes to allow all that delicious cheese to melt.
After that, you’re all good to go. Rip into this savory garlic bread, and you’ll immediately understand why you should always make it fresh.
