Our Process

First things first, when you’re in an accident, call your insurance carrier and then give us a call. Ashley and Erika will schedule a time for your estimate or arrange for a tow truck to pick up your vehicle. Within 24 hours, our team will provide you with a detailed cost estimate and time frame for repairs. Once you and your insurance company approve us to move forward, we can arrange a rental car for you and start work on your vehicle. We will update you throughout the process via phone, text, or email. Your vehicle will be treated with the utmost respect and care. We repair all makes and models of cars, accept all insurance, and stand by our work with a Lifetime Repair Guarantee.
